New AI Integration practice is live

We train the builders. And we build.

SneateTech is two things in one roof — a hands-on tech academy and a full-service digital studio. The same engineers who ship products for US brands teach the classes. Nothing is theory here.

Build with us

You bring a business problem. We return a shipped system — designed, engineered, measured, and handed over with documentation you can actually read.

Four practices.
One accountable team.

We don't sell retainers for the sake of it. Every engagement is tied to a number you already care about.

AI Lab

Ask it something.
That's the whole pitch.

This is a scripted preview of the kind of assistant we ship — scoped to one job, grounded in your own content, and honest when it doesn't know.

We don't bolt a chatbot on and call it transformation.

Grounded in your documents

Retrieval over your real policies, catalogue, and tickets — with citations back to the source.

Evaluated before it ships

A test set of your hardest questions, scored every deploy. Regressions get caught, not discovered.

Handover to a human

Clear escalation rules and a transcript your support team can pick up mid-conversation.

Cost you can forecast

Token budgets, caching, and model routing so the invoice doesn't scale with your traffic.

How we work

Five stages.
You always know which one you're in.

Order matters here — each stage produces the input the next one needs.

01

Diagnose

A paid two-week audit: analytics, tech stack, funnel, and competitor positioning. You get the findings whether or not you hire us for the build.

AuditAnalytics reviewOpportunity map
02

Scope

We cut the wish list down to what moves the number. Fixed scope, fixed price, written in plain language with the exclusions listed first.

Fixed scopeWritten estimateExclusions
03

Design

Wireframes, then a real design system — tokens, components, states. Built in the browser early so nobody is approving a picture of a website.

Build

Two-week sprints, a live staging URL from day one, and a Friday demo. You can watch the thing get made instead of waiting for a reveal.

What people say when
we're not in the room.

"
They killed half our feature list in the first week and were right about every one of them. The site shipped early and the checkout numbers moved within a month.
RK
Rachel KimHead of Growth · DTC brand, Austin
"
I've worked with three agencies who promised AI. SneateTech is the only one that asked what we wanted it to stop doing before writing a line of code.
DM
Daniel MehtaCOO · Logistics SaaS, Chicago
"
I joined the full-stack cohort with no CS degree. The code reviews were brutal in the best way. Eight months later I'm a front-end engineer on a product team.
PS
Priya ShahAcademy graduate · Cohort 04
"
The monthly reviews include what failed. That sounds small. It's the reason we've renewed three times.

Questions

Answered
properly.

Still stuck on something? Ask the team directly — we usually reply the same working day.

Ask a question

Most of our client work is with US and UK companies. We keep four hours of overlap with US Eastern time, run async updates in Slack, and every project has one named point of contact — not a rotating account manager.

Cohorts are capped at 18 people and taught by engineers who are on live projects. You submit code, a human reviews it line by line, and the curriculum gets rewritten every quarter based on what our project teams actually hit in production.

A specific task, automated and measured. Usually that's a support assistant grounded in your documentation, an internal copilot over your own data, or a workflow that removes manual triage. We define the success metric before we start, and we'll tell you when AI isn't the right answer.

Yes. Roughly a third of our marketing clients keep their existing site. We'll flag technical limits that will cap your results, but we're not going to hold the work hostage to a redesign.

You do, from day one. Repositories, ad accounts, analytics, and domains stay in your name. We ask for access, not ownership, and the handover includes documentation and recorded walkthroughs.

Every project includes a support window — 30 days on Launch, 60 on Growth. After that you can move to a retainer, hand it to your internal team with our runbooks, or just call us when something breaks. No lock-in either way.
