Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions govern how SneateTech works with clients on projects and courses. By engaging our services or using SneateTech.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Work Terms & Client Responsibilities
- ▸ Client must provide all content (text, images, etc.) before project starts.
- ▸ Client is responsible for taking backups before development begins.
- ▸ SneateTech is not responsible for hosting, data entry, or custom graphics unless agreed in writing.
- ▸ Timelines may extend due to deployment issues, dependencies, or other unforeseen delays.
- ▸ Client feedback is expected within 7 days; otherwise, work will be considered approved.
2. Payments
- ▸ Payments accepted: cash, cheque, or bank transfer.
- ▸ SneateTech may update payment methods or prices without prior notice.
- ▸ Cancellation fee will apply based on work completed.
- ▸ Legal action may be taken in case of overdue or non-payment.
3. Support & 3rd-Party Services
- ▸ Free support for 1 month after launch (bug fixes only).
- ▸ Paid support packages available after 1 month.
- ▸ Licenses or 3rd-party tools must be handled or prepaid by the client.
- ▸ No warranty on performance of 3rd-party services.
4. Rework, Enhancements & Add-ons
- ▸ Changes after approval will be billed separately.
- ▸ Minor tweaks allowed unless abused — billed at $15–$20/hr if excessive.
- ▸ Enhancements and add-ons will be quoted and approved before implementation.
5. Limitations of Liability
- ▸ SneateTech is not responsible for data loss or performance failures.
- ▸ No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
- ▸ Not liable for 3rd-party service failure.
6. Approvals & Delivery
- ▸ Each stage proceeds after sign-off and payment of the previous stage.
- ▸ Final delivery happens only after full payment.
- ▸ Client gets full code ownership post final payment.
- ▸ SneateTech may showcase the project unless client requests otherwise.
7. Timescale
- ▸ Timeline starts after initial deposit and content delivery.
- ▸ Delays may occur due to external dependencies.
8. Jurisdiction
- ▸ These terms are governed by Indian Law.
- ▸ Courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
- ▸ If any clause is unenforceable, remaining terms remain valid.
